Good morning, dear friends! Christmas is really close and I have to admit that it is my favourite time of year! This Christmas is gonna be really special since our son’s christening will take place on December the 26th! We are so thrilled and are looking forward to the family gathering and celebrating! My hubby lately has been very busy baking all kind of yummy stuff! One of m favourite is this delicious vegan apple crumble pie! Although the classic recipe calls for butter he has managed to replace it with oil and the result was amazing! We really enjoyed it and you ceratinly have to try this one! Kostis has turned into a great baker! His first recipes were these vegan croissants and tsoureki he made last year and this is one of his yummiest recipes he has developed this year! Make this pie the night before Christmas. It is nice to wake up to such a decadent breakfast! I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!
Happy new week, friends! Happy cooking! And above all don’t forget to use the most important ingredient in all of your recipes! That is Love! It makes everything yummier! Kisses and hugs!

3/4 cup coconut sugar Biosophy + 2 Tbsp
3/4 cup sunflower oil

Hello, my dear friends! I guess you have noticed that both I and my sister Lenia love all kind of healthy, small, portable sweet treats. Scrumptious little bites that boost our energy and make satisfy our cravings are a staple in our house. My 5-year-old daughter approved of these cute truffles packed with nutrients and superfoods. This is the best reward for a mum, isn’t it?

Good morning, dear friends! Hey, don’t leave the page! I know, I know, you saw the title of the post and all of a sudden you frowned, right? Well, I ve got news for you! Broccoli can be pretty awesome! I have been a broccoli/cauliflower fan ever since I was a kid! I am not kidding! And it seems my baby boy likes all veggies just like his mom. Even if he is only 11 months old he has already tried all kind of veggies, even stuff that I tried a few years ago such as fennel, celeriac, butternut squash etc. Well this is the destiny of a vegetarian food blogger’s kid! This salad is simple and delicious. Made with few ingredients in a few minutes it is beautiful and nutritious. Raisins, dill, roasted sesame seeds and flaked almonds boost the flavour of the salad and transfrom it into a delicious dish! Do try it! Happy weekend everyone!

Good evening, dear friends! I am back with another awesome recipe that I wanted so much to share with you! We love making truffles at home! They are so yummy and you can play with the ingredients and make a healthy snack for those times that you desperately need something sweet! My daughter asked me to make her a new recipe a few days ago and as I opened my pantry I came up with a quinoa jar. So I decided to use it in a sweet recipe. What an idea! Truffles with quinoa and other nutritious goodies! I just love how versatile quinoa is! They turned out amazing and my daughter just loved them! You should try them too!
